He is an experienced consulting executive, having served 26 years at Accenture in key leadership positions such as Global Managing Partner of Alliances, Joint Ventures and Venture Capital. John is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute and frequently serves as a speaker at technology conferences. He was recently honored as a "Most Admired CEO" by the San Francisco Business Times. John has a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. He is also very active in the community, serving as a board member and devoting time to various civic and educational organizations. |
Dirk Sodestrom, Chief Financial OfficerDirk Sodestrom joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in November 2009. Prior to joining M Squared he spent 3 years as the Corporate Controller for Actel Corporation, a publicly traded semiconductor manufacturer in Mountain View, California. From 1991 to 2006 he served as the Controller and then Chief Financial Officer of Westaff, Inc., a publicly traded temporary staffing firm headquartered in Walnut Creek, California. Dirk began his career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Accounting. |  |
 | Chris Marshall, Chief Operations OfficerChris Marshall manages Delivery Services at M Squared, responsible for ensuring an outstanding service experience for clients and consultants. During his seven years with the firm he has served in various leadership positions, including overseeing M Squared's consulting engagements and operations at the world’s leading networking and communications technology company, with on-site management of more than 100 consultants. Previous to M Squared he was a co-founder and principal at Peak Consulting Group, and a director at Leemak Training Systems. Chris is a graduate of San Jose State University. |
Meg Hanna, Chief Talent and Compliance OfficerMeg Hanna has more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing human resource solutions that drive results for human resource strategic initiates. Prior to joining M Squared, Meg managed her own human resource consulting firm, and before that was an executive with human resource consulting and staffing firms in the hospitality, technology and retail industries. Meg has served on the Board of the Northern California Human Resources Association and is active in the non-profit organizations Room-To-Read and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. |  |

Barb joined M Squared from Kforce Professional Staffing; she also served in leadership roles at Manpower Professional Staffing and Accountants Plus. |
Lance Lennier, Senior Vice President, SalesLance Lennier leads M Squared’s Technology Group, responsible for client service and business development. He is a high performance, high impact leader, having spent nearly two decades serving local, national, and global technology clients. Lance has broad management experience in technology sales, marketing, customer service, service operations and service delivery. He joined M Squared from CDI Corporation where he served in senior management and key sales management positions for several years. |  |
